Civic Amenities

The infra structure development is at a reasonably advanced stage.

Sui Gas - Society has paid all dues of SNGPL four years ago. Main 6" supply line has already been laid up to H Block. Internal network pipe lines of 4", 2" and 1" are being laid.

Water Supply system comprises of four tube wells, one underground water tank of 200,000 gallons and 5 overhead tanks each of 50,000 gallons capacity. All overhead tanks are operational & inter-connected, to cope with any shortage in any area.

Society's own Grid Station (132 K.V) has been installed and electrification of Blocks A,B,C,D and E are complete along with transformers.

Possessions of developed plots for the construction of houses / commercial plazas have already been offered to 1500 members.

The contractor of New Benazir International Airport Islamabad has commenced construction of airport road directly through PECHS to the Airport. This road would enable members of PECHS & outsiders to access the airport through the Society for all times to come.
