Flats in I-8 (2 rooms) per flat	Rs.5500/-
Flats in I-8 (3 rooms) per flat	Rs.9000/-
Change of title /mutation of record per transfer	Rs.5000/-
Family Transfer.
Wife-Husband. Children & Parents (per transfer)	Rs.3000/-
Inclusion of name of spouse children parents (per transfer)	Rs.3000/-
Transfer of full/part share in favor of brother/sister (per sq. yard of the share)	Rs.150/-
Sub Division Fee (per sq.yd)	Rs.50/-
Possession of Plot First Time	Rs.500/-
Possession of Plot Second Time	Rs.1000/-
